CAD Services

Tecnoman CAD services are aimed at machinery manufacturers, machine shops, automotive component suppliers and aerospace component manufacturers requiring outsourced CAD services. 

Tecnoman can deliver a model or part drawing of a component or assembly. Tecnoman can modify an existing CAD drawing or create new one from concept or reverse engineer according to customers' requirements.

CAD Services
Tecnoman converts the legacy paper drawings from its customers to digital CAD drawings in 2D or 3D format in customer's CAD package of choice. During conversion each drawing is vetted for conforming to the specified drawing standards. In case of non-conformation modifications are made in consultation with customers if so required. Tecnoman also can add GD&T to the drawings and draw them keeping the design intent while improving their manufacturability.

Reverse Engineering
Tecnoman can take a component, without a drawing and can digitize it. Tecnoman will convert the part into 2D drawing or a 3D Model depending on the customer's requirement. All point data generated is converted into lines, conventional curves and surfaces. The model is analyzed and appropriate manufacturing tolerances are determined.

3D Modeling
Whether it is an existing paper drawing, 2D CAD Drawing, or a new concept, Tecnoman partners with its customers to generate 3D models of the components and assemblies. Giving them the ability to look at the finished part and to rotate the views at will. 3D modeling also helps in developing assembly drawings and finding out any interference at the design stage. The #D models can be used to develop, NC or CMM programs for the manufacturing process and carrying out analysis of the part.

Machined Gray & Ductile Iron Parts

Tecnoman is able to supply customers requirements for cast and machined ductile iron components in weight range of 1-30 kg from its world wide sources.

Meterial Specs:
F oundry resources consist of high pressure green Sand molding, chemically bonded molding, core-shooters and induction melting, with fettling and shotblasting equipment to match.

Parts can be manufactured and warehoused in order to meet the just-in-time requirements of customers.
